- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.

Do not return items directly to the delivery address without prior communication. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and refunds will not be processed.
3. Non-returnable Items:
Custom-ordered or personalized products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to customer preference or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. The cost will depend on the courier chosen.
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect products), we will cover the return shipping cost.
5. Restocking Fees:
No restocking fee will be charged for returns, unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within 1-8 business days.
2. Late or Missing Refunds:
